As the regional operating manager for Superior Propane Sylvain was responsible for an operating budget of over 30 million while supervising a team of 14 managers and indirectly 150 employees.
As the General Manager at 4Refuel Canada Sylvain lead all eastern Canada activities, while ensuring customer satisfaction and generating positive financial results in a budget of $ 5.7 million. Sylvain’s experience in developing teams, new departments, branch start ups is well used at Cryopeak as he leads the development of Cryopeak’s eastern Canada and US business.
