Hardeep is a Chartered Professional Accountant with several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, both direct and indirect taxation and ERP system implementation.
He most recently held a management position at Houle Electric Limited where he lead and oversaw more than 10 staff members responsible for the day to day accounting. In addition, he worked closely with operational management teams to help develop, deliver forecasts, and budget to assess the current and future state of the organization. Hardeep was also heavily involved in implementing and transitioning to a large scale ERP, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Prior to this, he worked as the Assistant Controller for Waste Connections (TSX: WCN, NYSE: WCN) where he mainly specialized in building forecasts, budgets and proformas for RFPs. Hardeep began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in audit and assurance.
He also serves as the Treasurer to Kids Up Front Foundation where he provides financial and strategic guidance.
