Liquefaction Systems

Cryopeak’s liquefaction systems convert natural gas into LNG using cost-effective, in-house-engineered, modular designs. These systems are tailored to customer flow rates and site conditions, enabling deployment in remote or infrastructure-constrained locations while supporting long-term operational continuity.

We design and install horizontal, vertical, skid-mounted, and mobile LNG storage systems engineered to any custom specifications. Storage solutions range from compact footprints to large-capacity installations, with fire-safe, failsafe designs and advanced insulation to minimize heat loss during transport and regasification.

Cryogenic Vaporization Systems

Our cryogenic vaporization systems provide the thermal, pressure, and flow control required to safely transition LNG from liquid storage to usable gaseous form.

 

We proudly offer a comprehensive range of vaporization technologies, including ambient, gas-fired, electric, water bath, waste heat, and steam systems. These solutions are engineered to optimize send-out performance while maintaining reliability across varying pressures, flow demands, and end-uses.

  • Gas send-out capacities up to ~1,000,000 standard cubic feet per hour (SCFH).
